I made a single payment to Iq Boost just to view the result of an IQ test. I never agreed to any type of membership or subscription. Despite this, the platform secretly enrolled me in a so-called “Premium” service and withdrew ₺1873 from my card without any notification or authorization. This is outright deception and exploitation.
I feel completely misled. There was no clear statement or warning that my one-time test fee would lead to a hidden membership and such a large charge. It is unacceptable to treat users this way and charge them for services they neither requested nor knowingly signed up for.
I demand that the ₺1873 taken from my account be immediately refunded. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to initiate legal proceedings and report this to consumer protection authorities. I am calling on the relevant institutions to intervene and hold this company accountable. Don’t make this situation worse—just return my money and close this matter properly.
