I Was Charged on IQ Boost Without Consent and Can’t Cancel Premium Subscription

I visited the IQ Boost website to take a test and was prompted to pay €0.50 for the results. I completed the payment expecting just that—a one-time transaction. However, without any notification or consent, I was charged an additional ₺36 for a Premium membership that I never agreed to.

There was no clear indication during the process that I was subscribing to anything, and now I can’t even cancel it. The site doesn’t offer any login option to manage subscriptions, and when I tried to reach out for help, there was no valid email support or way to contact anyone from IQ Boost.

I never signed up for any Premium service and would never have authorized a recurring charge like this. This feels like a deceptive billing practice, and I want my ₺36 refunded immediately. I demand that IQ Boost investigate this issue and cancel any unauthorized subscriptions linked to my payment. Other users deserve to be warned about this shady setup as well.
