IQ Academy Failed to Provide Course Access While Charging Monthly Fees

I enrolled for an IT course with IQ Academy, but I have been struggling to access my studies for a long time, and this situation has still not been resolved. I have been unable to log in properly and access my learning material since November 2025, even though I have continued paying my fees. I contacted IQ Academy support several times, and they tried to guide and assist me with the login process. Despite following their instructions and even calling again this week to try to open my account, I still could not gain proper access to my studies. As a result, I am paying every month, but I am not receiving the education and service I signed up for. Because I have not been able to study and there has been no lasting solution to the access problem, I no longer wish to continue with this course. I kindly request that my IT course with IQ Academy be cancelled and that all my fees paid since October 2025 be refunded, as I have not been able to benefit from the service during this period.
