MyIQ Charged Me $24.99 Without Consent After a $0.99 IQ Test
I completed an IQ test with MyIQ for $0.99 and, without my approval, I was then charged a monthly fee of $24.99 on December 3rd, 2025. At no point did I knowingly agree to a $24.99 subscription, and I was not clearly informed that such a charge would be made after the initial $0.99 test. The $24.99 payment was taken from my PC Money account linked to a card ending in 5477. After noticing the charge, I contacted MyIQ many times to resolve the issue. However, each time they repeatedly asked for the same information, claiming they could not find my account, despite the fact that I sent them my details and even provided screenshots of my account and the transaction. This has happened over 15 times and has been extremely frustrating and time‑consuming. I have finally managed to cancel the subscription, but I did so without receiving any meaningful support from MyIQ and without any refund for the unauthorized $24.99 charge. I am requesting a full refund of the $24.99 taken from my account and clear confirmation that no further automatic charges will be made, especially given that my previous refund requests were ignored or not properly handled.
