Contact IQ Academy support with a clear escalation;
• State that you are requesting cancellation due to non-delivery of services (no feedback, grading, or academic support)
• Provide your full name, registered email, student/account ID, course name, and enrollment date
• Clearly list the services not provided and the time period with no response or results
Ask them to;
• Confirm in writing that the contract is being terminated due to their failure to deliver services
• Waive all cancellation or termination fees based on non-performance
• Stop all future charges immediately
• Refund any fees charged during the period of non-service
