Seeking Refund for Unauthorized MyIQ Charge

On 17.11.2025, I took an IQ test on the Myiq website and paid the required fee. I believed it was a one-time payment, but it turns out an ongoing subscription was created without my knowledge. On 24.11.2025, $30 was withdrawn from my account without my consent.
After noticing the charge, I contacted Akbank regarding my card ending in 3740, had the card canceled, and opened a support request. I also emailed Myiq’s support address, but each time I only received automated responses.
I request the immediate resolution of this issue and a full refund of the unauthorized amount. The email addresses associated with the transaction are b******@gmail.com and k********@gmail.com. If this matter is not resolved, I will proceed with legal action.

Akbank returned my money within approximately 10-15 days.
