My iPhone 16 Pro Max Has Unresponsive Touchscreen—Still Broken After Update

I bought the iPhone 16 Pro Max expecting premium quality, but from day one, the touchscreen has been extremely unresponsive. Even during basic tasks—especially while playing games—the screen either doesn’t respond at all or lags badly. For a phone at this price point, this is unacceptable.

If I had known the touch sensitivity would be this bad, I never would’ve purchased it. I’ve used far cheaper phones in the past that never had issues like this. When a software update was released, I hoped it would fix the problem—but nothing changed. The issue is still there, and it’s ruining the user experience.

Apple, I want a real solution for this. Either fix the touchscreen problem or offer a replacement. I regret buying this phone and am seriously considering getting rid of it unless something is done soon.
