iPhone 13 Pro Max Low Sound Issue Since First Day Of Use

I am writing regarding an issue with my iPhone 13 Pro Max, which I purchased on 14 February 2022 in Iraq. Since the day I bought it, the device has never been dropped, exposed to liquid, or subjected to any repair or external intervention, and I have always used it with great care. Despite this careful use, from the very beginning I have noticed a clear problem with the sound level. The volume has been noticeably low both during phone calls through the earpiece and while watching videos or listening to music. At this point, I consistently experience low sound output in every use. Considering the way I have used the device and the absence of any external damage or misuse, I believe this issue may be related to a manufacturing defect. I used the phone in Iraq for about three years and I now live in Turkey, but the sound problem has remained the same. I have not taken the device to any service center or technician so far. However, it is disappointing and unacceptable for a device of this price and quality to have such a persistent sound problem under normal and careful usage conditions. For these reasons, I kindly request a free repair, or if deemed necessary, a replacement device, or at the very least a detailed technical inspection to clearly identify the root cause of the problem. I request that the necessary actions be taken and that I be informed about the result.
