Apple Service Made Me Wait a Week for iPhone 12 Pro Battery Replacement

When I went to the Apple Authorized Service in Adana Gürgençler for a battery replacement, I was told that there was a manufacturing issue with the iPhone 12 Pro, which could cause the screen to be damaged during the battery replacement process. Despite my expectation for a quick solution, they insisted that the device needed to be sent to the central service in Kocaeli. Due to this manufacturing defect, I was asked to stay without a phone for a week for a process that could normally be completed in a maximum of 3-4 hours. They said they could not do anything to resolve my grievance. Apple is a complete disappointment!
