My iPhone 16 Battery Swelled After 3 Months

I bought an iPhone 16 in February, and after just three months, the battery started swelling. I took the phone directly to the Van “Hizmet İletişim” service center. They told me the decision on repair or replacement would be made after Apple’s inspection and took the phone. Fifteen days later, without any notification, they replaced the battery and sent the phone back. I requested a replacement due to the defect within three months, but since the phone was repaired, my request was denied. The retailer also refused my replacement claim, citing the repair. This arbitrary handling sabotages the warranty process and leaves customers helpless. Apple and its partners need to honor warranty rights and stop dismissing legitimate replacement requests after repairs.
