I purchased an Intel 14900k processor from the İtopya computer website in November 2023, but it turned out to be defective. The processor does not recognize the external graphics card. It took quite a while to realize that the error was due to the processor. During this time, I sent the motherboard and graphics cards to the service, but they were damaged in transit. When I realized that the error was due to the processor, I sent the product to the service through İtopya. They sent it to the distributor company Penta Technology. Penta sent the product to the overseas service. The overseas service (in the Netherlands) decided to replace the product with a new one (pictures below). Normally, İtopya website states exchange/refund options and asks the customer which they prefer. This is how it works in other shopping companies. However, İtopya tells me that they cannot refund me. When I asked for the reason, they said Intel replaced the product and did not request a refund. Moreover, they sarcastically suggest talking to Intel (in the Netherlands). I've been trying to find the source of the computer problem for 4-5 months. All the money and effort put into this seem to go to waste. They say the warranty for the new processor starts from November, even though the defective product was sold to me. There is no problem when they sell me a defective product and collect monthly payments. But when I ask for my money back for the faulty product, suddenly there is an issue.
