I Keep Having FPS Drops and Freezes with My Intel i5 14th Gen Despite Repairs

I built a brand-new PC in September last year using the Intel i5 14th Gen processor, and I bought everything from Vatan Computer in İzmir. Since then, this build has been a total disappointment. I’ve been dealing with constant FPS drops, freezing, and lag issues during gameplay. It got so bad that just last month, I had to send all my components back to service.

After weeks of waiting, I finally got the PC back, only to face the exact same issues all over again. Nothing’s been fixed. Am I supposed to send my PC to service every single month now? This is ridiculous. I paid ₺43,000 for a setup that can’t even handle basic gaming performance.

I feel completely let down. Where’s the reliability and quality that Intel and these tech stores promise? I’m not just frustrated—I’m tired of being ignored and losing time and money.

Intel and Vatan, you need to take responsibility for this. I want a proper solution, not just another round of useless servicing. Either fix the underlying problem or offer a replacement or refund immediately. Stop wasting our money and time!
