I purchased an Intel Arc 16 GB graphics card with invoice number GBZ2023000007898 from Vatan Bilgisayar on April 8, 2023. Due to the card not displaying any output, I requested a return within 5 days of purchase. After a long delay, the store representative informed me that the product was sent back as a closed-box exchange, and it was likely to be returned.
After 30 business days, having exceeded the legal service period, I started using another graphics card. Today, two months later, I was informed that the product had been exchanged and that it would not be returned. The extended service period and the unfavorable outcome are unacceptable. I am aware of my legal rights, including the right to return a defective product and the 20-business-day service limit. I urgently request a return as the value of the refund is decreasing against the currency daily.
