My Instagram Account Locked, SMS Verification Fails

I'm in a complete Instagram nightmare! Recently, I enabled two-factor authentication for my account, thinking it would provide extra security. Little did I know, it would lock me out completely! When I tried to log in again, I noticed something strange: while emails were arriving in my inbox, SMS verification codes were nowhere to be found on my phone. The screen claims that SMS messages were sent, but no matter how many times I try, I'm not receiving any. To make matters worse, I can't even recall my backup code. This is beyond frustrating!
