Can't Access My Instagram Account Due to Two-factor Authentication

I can't log into my Instagram account because I had two-factor authentication enabled with Duo Mobile. Unfortunately, my phone is broken and I no longer have access to the app to get the verification codes. I’ve tried using backup codes, but I can’t find them anymore. I also attempted to contact Instagram support, but haven’t received a helpful response. Please help me recover my account or disable two-factor authentication so I can log in again. I can verify my identity if needed.
