I Can’t Log Into My Instagram Due to 2FA Code Not Being Sent to My Phone

I was suddenly logged out of my Instagram account and now I can’t get back in no matter what I do. Two-factor authentication is enabled, and while I do receive the verification code via email, I never receive the SMS code on my phone. I’ve tried everything—waited, retried, even tried WhatsApp verification—but no short code ever comes through. Without that second code, I’m completely locked out of my account.
