Instacart Delivery Ignored Medical Needs, Left My Items Inaccessible

I’m recovering from major surgery, unable to lift or navigate stairs, relying on delivery service. Though all these were noted, Instacart people just ignored specific instructions, left items inaccessible despite explaining my medical situation. Delivery person unresponsive, against all my efforts support unable to send assistance.I have to say I’m refunded but doesn't solve immediate problem, I was forced to wait until tomorrow for help. Frustrated with lack of empathy and professionalism, and worst part is I’m concerned for disabled individuals facing similar challenges. Anyway, I’m disappointed by the disregard for clear instructions and lack of basic decency in customer service. Good day to you, won’t be seeing you again!
