ING Must Refund Interest Charged Due to Misleading Information

Unfortunately, ING Bank, in collaboration with Teknosa, misleads people by charging excessive interest. During product sales, they promised that if I spent 2,000 TL in a given month, the installment amount would be reduced without interest. They did, however, charge me 1,500 TL in interest on my account twice. I initially complained to customer service, and they refunded my money. However, the second amount was not refunded, with the explanation that the expenses incurred this month would be deducted from the next month's installment. As I recently discovered, neither the bank nor the Teknosa product advisors were aware of this. I strongly condemn ING Bank for its unfair and deceptive practices. It is most emphatically not a bank with which to do business. This situation will be shared on my social media accounts.

I paid off my credit card balance with Türkiye İş Bankası today, but to my shock, ₺2000 was deducted from my account for some nonsensical reason under "shopping interest". When I called customer service, even the representative seemed clueless about this charge. I'm reaching out to the bank official...
