Upon contacting the bank's call center, they refuted any claims of charging a commission and provided clarification that Disney Plus had billed in dollars, which varied based on the exchange rate. Feeling exasperated, I decided to cancel my membership. I am extremely frustrated with Disney Plus as they have only refunded ₺638.61, and now my bank is withholding the rest of my money and refusing to issue the full refund!
