ING Bank's Poor Service Resulted in Lost Documents, and Persistent Information Update Issues
I am incredibly dissatisfied with ING Bank, visited the Kars branch multiple times to update my information after getting married, and it resembled more of a village coffeehouse than a bank. Both the staff and their behavior were disappointing. The repeated calls urging me to come were all about signing a single piece of paper because my last name had changed. After completing that process, they carelessly lost the document. Now, as I try to invest in shares, they keep insisting on updating my information, despite my efforts. Regardless of what I do, I keep receiving this warning, and the village coffeehouse branches in Kars are now closed. Despite filing a complaint, there has been no response. I initially planned to keep my deposits with them, but now I've decided to withdraw my funds and close my account. I have never experienced such poor banking service before.
