ING Bank Sent Me a Faulty Visa Card That Does Not Work With Apple Pay
First, I sent my details to the bank to become an ING Bank customer and as a result, I was sent a card. The card was sent as Troy, they made me go through a tedious process again to send the card with the Visa logo and re-applied. I had made a customer application before Eid to use Apple Pay during my vacation abroad, but due to their own irresponsibility, the card arrived after Eid. The crux of the matter is that the card that arrived after the holiday had a problem and could not be added to Appe Pay and I created a support request. They did not even inform me that they were investigating, let alone dealing with the request. Based on this information on their official website, this is officially fraud and misrepresentation in order to attract customers. If anyone wants to become a customer, I hope they see this complaint and reconsider. I will also apply to the necessary authorities for misrepresentation and this situation I have fallen into

I terminated my active ING customer subscription and I cannot get back to you from the number you provided because I do not have an active membership. Although a week has passed, you have stated that you could not reach me, but you have not made an effort to contact me again. An institution that does not want to lose customers should not take such an attitude. With your permission, I leave you first to God and then to your conscience, and I wish you a good day.
