My pay account is at the ING Bank Pendik branch and has been blocked. My paycheck was recently paid into my account, plainly labelled "salary payment" on the receipt, yet the full amount has been stopped. When I went to the branch to fix the matter, they informed me that my salary had been sent by EFT and consequently could not be withdrawn.
I also get my retirement pension from this bank, and as far as I know, just one-fourth of my salary can be blocked. I will notify the appropriate authorities.
