I Cannot Receive My Pension from Vakıfbank Due to an Unfair Hold

For about a year (since August 2024), I have been unable to receive my pension from my account at VakıfBank Zonguldak-Çaycuma Branch. Even though there is no enforcement action against my account, the bank has placed a hold on my entire pension and my account shows a negative balance of around ₺-250,000. Because of this, I have been unable to receive a total of ₺22,750 in pension payments. I have spoken with both the bank branch and customer service, but they told me to contact the Social Security Institution (SGK). SGK, however, stated that they have no responsibility other than depositing the pension. Even after changing branches, the problem persists. Although I have debt, the bank is withholding my entire pension instead of pursuing legal collection methods and is not resolving my grievance. I request the removal of the hold on my pension account, the payment of my pension to me, and that deductions be made only at the legally allowed rate. Progress
I have been experiencing serious victimization with my pension account at VakıfBank Zonguldak Çaycuma Branch for about a year. My previous salary account showed a negative balance of approximately 300,000 TL, and my salary was constantly being seized. I previously reported this issue through Şikayetvar as well. I was called by the bank, and they had me sign some documents, saying that a new salary account would be opened and there would be no more deductions. However, I was only able to receive my salary properly in the first month. Afterwards, in my new salary account as well, the available balance was shown as negative by the amount of my salary one day before the deposit, and they started seizing my entire salary again. Currently, my new salary account also shows a negative balance of 5,690 TL, and this amount is increased each month by the amount of my salary, with my entire salary being seized.
During this process, the bank official who called me said there was nothing to be done about it. No written explanation or information was provided, and I was not given any receipt or official document. Also, when I wanted to transfer my account to another bank, I was not allowed to do so.
My request is that my pension account should not be seized. If I have a debt, I want it to be collected through legal enforcement, and I demand that the block on my salary and the unjust deductions be stopped immediately. I request that my problem be resolved urgently and that I be given a written explanation.
