ING Bank Blocks Account Without Explanation After Transfer

From my Halkbank account, I moved 5,000 TL to my ING account. Before I went to bed, I sent my girlfriend 250 TL and a friend 500 TL. I went to sleep after that. When I woke up three hours later, they had closed my account. When I called, they didn't tell me anything and kept putting me off. It's been 7 days, and they still haven't given me my money back, opened my account, or told me anything. I'm going to the courthouse tomorrow to file a complaint against ING bank.
