ING Bank Blocked My Account and I Cannot Access My Balance

I hold a personal current account with ING Bank in Turkey. On 05.06.2025 my account was suddenly blocked and since then I have not been able to access it. There is approximately ₺10,000 in this account, and I currently cannot use or withdraw this money. When I contacted ING Bank about this situation, I was only told to visit a branch. However, the nearest branch is about 250 km away from my home, so going there in person is not realistically possible for me. Despite this, I have not received any clear information about why my account was blocked or what I am supposed to do to resolve the issue. I request that my personal current account be urgently unblocked and that I be allowed to access my ₺10,000 balance again. If there is any issue related to my account, I also expect ING Bank to clearly and promptly inform me in writing about the reason for the blockage and the necessary steps to resolve it.
