Infinix Note 50 NFC Not Working From Day One

On October 7, 2025, I purchased an Infinix Note 50 from the Vatan Bilgisayar store in Marmaris, Muğla. Since the very first day, the NFC card-reading feature has not worked at all. I tried multiple times using different bank and contactless cards, but I keep receiving the message “Your card could not be read, please try another card,” and the phone fails to read any card.
When I reported this issue to Vatan Bilgisayar, I was told that Infinix allegedly “does not work with banks,” and therefore they offered no assistance or solution. Despite having the invoice, warranty, original box, and the additional insurance I purchased for $162, my issue has not been resolved. I paid a total of $809 for this device.
Since the NFC feature has never worked from the moment I bought it, I am requesting a replacement device. I urgently ask that this issue be resolved and my grievance addressed.
