Samsung A5 Mobile Phone Lagging And Freezing Issues
I am experiencing lagging and freezing issues with my newly purchased Samsung A15 phone. It’s only been 3-4 months since I bought it. There are many complaints about this issue. You could have withdrawn this phone from the market. You could have stopped selling it. I deeply regret this purchase. The technical service tried to solve the issue by remotely accessing my phone. Now, they’re going to reset it to factory settings, but this is not a situation that can be resolved like that. The A15 series is generally problematic and should have been withdrawn from the market. I want you to take the phone back. It's my right not to use this phone in such a condition. Why should I use a phone that lags?
