Infinix GT 30 Pro Bluetooth Headphones Mic Not Working in PUBG Mobile

When I connect Bluetooth headphones to my Infinix GT 30 Pro and play PUBG Mobile, my voice does not transmit to other players. I tested the phone with different headphone brands including JBL, Huawei, Ttec, and QCY, and the same issue occurs with all of them. The headphones work perfectly on other devices, but this problem only happens on this phone and specifically while playing PUBG Mobile.

I purchased the phone about one month ago through Sahibinden as a brand-new device, and despite being new, the issue persists. I have not yet contacted technical support or customer service because I believe the problem is likely caused by a software incompatibility or bug.

I request that Infinix investigate this issue on the software side, fix the microphone problem with PUBG Mobile through a software update, and provide information about the resolution if necessary.
