Requesting PUBG Mobile Support to Fix Long-Standing Game Access Problems
For about four months, I have been experiencing serious problems in PUBG Mobile. I use an Infinix Note 30 phone, and every time I log into the game, even after loading UC, I cannot send requests or enter ranked matches. In addition, the Pharaoh event is also blocked, and these issues keep happening repeatedly.
Most recently, on Thursday, September 20, I loaded ₺500 worth of UC into my account. However, despite this purchase, my problems have not been resolved, and my gameplay experience has been negatively affected. So far, I have not contacted PUBG Mobile customer service.
I request that my issues be resolved as soon as possible and that my grievance be addressed.
