Ilife Ignores Emails and Withholds Refund for Missing Order

On January 9, 2026, I placed two orders on the Ilife website for robot vacuum side brushes. Only one of the orders was delivered, while my other order, number #3441, has neither been shipped nor refunded despite nearly two months having passed. I made the payment via bank transfer. During this time, I contacted the company multiple times by email but did not receive any response. The product was not sent, and no information was provided regarding a refund. I request that my product be shipped immediately or that the payment for order #3441 be refunded without further delay, and that I be provided with written confirmation regarding the process. I also ask that the company’s lack of communication and inattention be reviewed and addressed.
