Ilife Repair Costs Exceed Value of Robot Vacuum
I purchased an Ilife robot vacuum, but after it broke down, I sent it to the service center for repair. However, the company they are affiliated with is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. There is no phone number you can reach, and they only reply to WhatsApp messages every two or three days when they feel like it. Although I sent the vacuum in for repair, after fixing one issue, they claimed that another problem existed, and the repair cost ended up exceeding the value of the device. No prior information was provided at the beginning of the process, and they also failed to return the charger for my vacuum. When asked about it, instead of giving a proper response, they said they were busy or at lunch and displayed an unprofessional attitude. In short, because they did not return my robot vacuum’s charger, I will now have to purchase a new charger.
