iRobot Roomba i3 Lost Suction & Power – No Response from Support

I purchased the iRobot Roomba i3 in November 2021, and for the past two weeks, it has not been working at full performance. The suction power has significantly weakened, and the sound output has noticeably decreased. Other than this issue, the device appears to be functioning normally.

I contacted customer service and spoke with multiple representatives. They took my phone number and promised to call me back, but three days have passed, and I still haven’t received a response. Meanwhile, I can’t use my robot vacuum properly.

I expect iRobot to follow up immediately and provide a solution. Whether it needs repair or replacement, this issue must be resolved as soon as possible!
