iRobot Roomba 693 Side Brushes Broke Instantly—Poor Quality



I’ve been using my iRobot Roomba 693 for six years, and when the side brush wore out, I decided to pay extra for the original replacement instead of opting for a cheaper alternative. I ordered a 3-pack of official iRobot brushes, expecting high quality, but they broke after a single use!
The bristles are so weak that I can easily snap them with my hand. I contacted iRobot customer support, but instead of addressing the issue, they blamed me for user error—which is absurd! Out of frustration, I bought cheaper third-party brushes, and they are still holding up perfectly.
iRobot, explain why your expensive "official" parts fail instantly! I demand a refund or a real solution!
