iLife A9s Returned From Service With Broken Part Still Unrepaired

Two years ago, I purchased an iLife A9s smart vacuum. I recently sent it to service to repair its broken parts, but I received the product back with the repairs incomplete. Even though I clearly stated that the dustbin was cracked, it was not repaired. I was also charged approximately $60 before the service was even completed, and later they told me that the broken dustbin part would require an additional fee. However, I had already paid about $60 for the repair of the broken parts. The fact that the service staff did not properly do their job and then demanded extra payment made me feel taken advantage of. If I had agreed to pay the additional amount they requested, I would have ended up paying nearly half the cost of a new vacuum, at which point I would have preferred to buy a new one. Instead of correcting their mistake, they sent me home with the vacuum still containing a broken part. On top of that, they even advised me that I could continue using the vacuum in that condition.
