ILIFE Robot Vacuum Warranty Denied Twice Due to Alleged “User Error”
My robot vacuum has malfunctioned twice. Even though I included written notes explaining the issue each time I sent it in, during the first repair they did not even properly examine the problem and instead claimed there was a different issue caused by “user error,” demanding a service fee. The issue they described had nothing to do with the problems I reported. I sent it back again for the same previous issues, and once again they claimed “user error,” saying that I had used a different charger, and they demanded another fee. Despite clearly informing them that this never happened, they continued to blame us. I am now going to file a complaint against them. Even though the device is still under warranty, they label every issue as user error.
