ILIFE 480 Battery Drains Fast and Device Won’t Turn On

I purchased an I-Life Model 480 device from beymen.com. From the very first use, the battery drained very quickly, and I kept receiving a “battery low” warning. Despite this, I continued using the device. After some time, however, the device stopped working completely. I sent it to the authorized I-Life service center under warranty, but the service reported that the device was in working condition and sent it back to me. When the device was returned, it still was not functioning. My issue was not resolved. Moreover, the service representatives claimed that the device was not working because it had not been cleaned. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I feel like I have wasted the money I paid.
