My Expanding Bed from IKEA Is Making a Racket—Help!

I bought two expandable beds from IKEA last year, but one of them is giving me a lot of trouble. When I move on one of the beds, it makes an unbearable noise. I tried removing and reinserting the slats, which temporarily reduced the noise, but it returned after three days. Desperate for a solution, I ordered new slats online, but the same problem reappeared after only three months. Because of the constant noise disturbance, my child now refuses to sleep in the bed. I'm requesting an immediate resolution. The noise has become intolerable, and it is interfering with our sleep. I hope IKEA can address this issue quickly and provide a solution, as it is critical for our peaceful nights and my child's comfort.
