My Applaryd Sofa Experience Falls Short Of IKEA's Warranty Policy

The Applaryd 3-seater sofa I bought from IKEA is the worst thing I've ever bought. Even though the box wasn't damaged, when my family and I opened the product, we saw a deep scratch on the profile. When I called IKEA to make a change, they told me that the 10-year warranty only applies if they handle the shipping and assembly. Even worse, the profile of the product has a noticeable 10 cm dent, and after only 4 days of use, it has already started to slip. But when I asked for a new one, IKEA said that the scratch might have been my fault, which I don't agree with at all. But they wouldn't replace it. Instead, they said they could fix up the new furniture. As someone who has always shopped at IKEA, I'm sad that they've decided to put their policy ahead of customer satisfaction. I want a new sofa to replace the one that broke, and I want IKEA to transport and put it together so that the 10-year warranty can start. I hope that this will be taken care of quickly.
