IKEA Delivery Experiences with Poor Customer Service and Missing Items
On October 5, 2023, I purchased an IKEA item, and it was delivered the next day to the center of my home. They informed me that the meeting would be held on October 13, 2023. I had been waiting for a long time. When they arrived for assembly, they informed me that some parts were missing after inspecting the completed product. They even opened the box and said, "Sister, it appears that someone removed parts from your box and resealed it." We should ask for a replacement, return this one, and send a new one. I shouldn't have to wait this long." I'm already a busy person, and I took the day off from work to attend the assembly. But that's not the end of the story. The call center representative stated that they would investigate my complaint, but they did not. When I called again, they said they couldn't take my complaint and offered no further explanation. When I called again, they informed me that they had received my complaint. I called again today, on 14.10.2023, and they asked if I had shopped at the Ümraniye branch. Is it normal to be inconvenienced like this because I made a purchase at the Bayrampaşa Forum Istanbul branch? I called the branch, and a woman named G** spoke to me as if she was mocking me. Despite numerous attempts, I was unable to reach the branch. I called the call center again today and asked for the product to be returned. Please come and get the product; I'm not interested in anything else. I'll never buy another needle from you again.
