IKEA Antalya Store After-Sales Support Team Complaint
The wardrobe I bought a year ago was sold to us, even though it had missing parts in the store. When it was delivered to our home, we noticed the missing parts and sent them to the store. After 2 months, the missing parts arrived and were assembled. However, after installation, we noticed that the cabinet doors were shaking. We reported the situation to the store. After coming and checking, it was decided to replace the parts. However, we have been waiting for the cabinet's fault to be fixed for 3 weeks. They leaned the cabinet doors against the wall to prevent them from falling on us, but the huge doors leaning against the wall could fall on us at any moment. Every time we call the store, we get the answer "we'll call you today, we'll call you tomorrow," but we haven't heard back from anyone for 3 weeks. I do not find this situation suitable for a brand like Ikea. I am not satisfied with the service in your Antalya store.
