Cracked Hemnes Dresser and IKEA Customer Service Dissatisfaction
I'm disappointed with my Hemnes dresser and nightstand. Unfortunately, both pieces have cracked at the knot spots. I sent them in for replacement to the IKEA Ankara store 20 days ago, but unfortunately, they are out of stock. I've called them 20 times, but unfortunately, every time I call, they provide a different date for when they might have replacements available. Now, it's already October 7th, and disappointingly, there's still no resolution in sight. I was unfortunately promised by Mr M*** from your customer service in Ankara that he would potentially contact me with updates and possibly attempt to resolve the issue with stock from another store. Unfortunately, it appears to be nothing more than empty promises, leaving me disappointed and questioning the level of service I am receiving. This experience has been disappointingly frustrating, and I'm eagerly awaiting a solution to this Hemnes furniture nightmare.
