Still No Visa from iData After July 11 Application

We submitted our visa applications through the iData office on July 11, and our family’s flight is scheduled for October 8. It’s now almost the last minute, and we still haven’t received any updates. Our hotel and flight bookings are at risk of being canceled. I had hoped to wait until the last day, but it seems unlikely that the visas will arrive in time. Monday is the only day left. Has anyone received their visa on the very last day? iData has been a frustrating experience for us.
