Received 5-Day Visa Too Late from iData, Unable to Use Due to Expired Dates

158

On September 20, my daughter and I submitted our documents to the iData Gayrettepe visa center. Today, we received our passports back via the agency, only to find that our visas were issued for the dates October 21-25—a timeframe that has already passed, meaning our trip is now impossible. This delay and poor timing have completely disrupted our plans, and I am deeply frustrated by the oversight. I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced this issue and what can be done to address it. I hope iData provides a prompt solution and prevents this from happening to others in the future.
