iData Delayed My Passport – Travel Insurance and Ticket Lost

I submitted my passport to iData on November 25, and today, I am finally receiving it via courier. Due to this delay, my travel insurance and flight ticket are now useless, as they have expired. This has caused me serious financial loss and inconvenience.

Now, I am left wondering if my visa was even approved. If it was, how am I supposed to inform the relevant parties about my expired insurance and ticket? This situation is completely unacceptable. iData, why was my passport held up for so long? I expect an official explanation and guidance on how to resolve the additional problems this delay has caused. Fix this issue immediately!
