I Face Ibis Adana Hotel Poor Service and Unclean Room Issue

I would like to report the serious issues I experienced during my stay at ibis Adana hotel between April 3 and April 4, 2026. Although I made my reservation one month in advance through Accor’s official website, I encountered an unacceptable situation both in terms of service quality and room standards upon arrival.

Because I arrived late at the hotel, I was told that no other rooms were available and was assigned a smoking room instead of the one I reserved. As a non-smoker, being forced to stay in a room with a strong cigarette smell negatively affected both my health and comfort.

After entering the room, I also noticed hair and debris on the bed sheets, which clearly shows that even basic hygiene standards were not met. This level of cleanliness is far below what is expected from a global brand like ibis and the Accor group.

Additionally, due to the Orange Blossom Festival period, I paid $280 for a double room, which is significantly higher than normal rates. Despite this high price, the service I received did not even meet minimum acceptable standards.

When I reported these issues to the hotel staff, no solution was offered, and I was met with an indifferent attitude, being told “there is nothing we can do.”

Due to both the financial and emotional inconvenience I experienced, I request an urgent response, proper compensation for the poor service (such as a refund or appropriate compensation), and a resolution to the significant mismatch between the price paid and the service provided.
