Hyundai Ioniq 6 Charging Issue Ignored by Service Center

I purchased a Hyundai Ioniq 6 from the Hyundai Erdemir dealership approximately four months ago. For the past three months, I have been experiencing consistent problems at charging stations where the vehicle fails to establish a connection or engage with the charging gun. Despite reporting this issue to the Erdemir service center, they dismissed it, claiming, "There is no problem on our end."

I provided them with video evidence and logs from charging stations showing the failure to charge, but they refused to take action, stating they could not proceed based on my documentation. Interestingly, other Hyundai Ioniq 6 owners in a dedicated WhatsApp group reported the same issue and had their socket components replaced after initial dismissals by other service centers. However, my service center continues to deny the problem.

I even proposed testing the issue directly at a charging station with the service team, but this suggestion was declined. I cannot accept such an approach where customers are made to feel at fault for a clear technical issue. If Hyundai does not resolve this matter promptly, I will escalate it to the courts, as I already have a precedent for such cases. Customers deserve better service and accountability.
