I am absolutely incandescent with rage over my Hyundai Ioniq 6! The driver's side window developed a crack, and it’s been growing larger by the day. This is a massive headache I didn't sign up for. I immediately contacted Hyundai Erdemir service, where I bought the car, to get this sorted. They told me that because of my Anadolu Sigorta insurance, the glass needed to come from their supplier, Seyidoğlu.
Initially, I was told the glass was in stock. Great, I thought, problem solved! But then weeks turned into a month, and now two months have passed, and that cracked window is still mocking me. When I finally got back in touch, I was casually informed that Seyidoğlu, the supposed supplier, doesn't have the glass in stock. This is utterly ridiculous!
Hyundai salespeople practically perform acrobatics to sell you a car, but when it comes to getting a simple replacement part, they're suddenly helpless. I called Hyundai directly, and they shrugged it off, saying, "It's not our problem; Anadolu Sigorta uses Seyidoğlu, call them." They're literally laughing in my face! This whole situation exposes a monumental failure of coordination and responsibility between Hyundai Erdemir, Anadolu Sigorta, and their pathetic supplier Seyidoğlu.
I demand an immediate resolution to this infuriating ordeal. Fix my Hyundai Ioniq 6 driver's window now! I expect compensation for the ridiculous delays and the complete lack of urgency shown by all parties involved. This level of customer neglect is unacceptable, and I won't stand for it.
