I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Kona Electric, but I have been dealing with a serious battery issue—the car does not charge with AC power. I took it to Izmir Yükseliş Hyundai service, and they told me the battery needed to be replaced. However, it has now been 4 months, and I am still waiting for the replacement.
Every time I call, they tell me the battery is not in stock and that they will replace it when it arrives. How much longer am I supposed to wait? In the meantime, I am forced to rely only on DC fast chargers, meaning I have to go to malls and wait in line every time I need to charge my car.
This situation is completely unacceptable. Hyundai must provide an urgent solution and replace my battery immediately. I did not buy an electric vehicle to deal with constant inconvenience. Hyundai, stop delaying and fix this now!
