My Hyundai Ioniq 6 Charger Was Not Repaired Under Warranty

The 220V charger that came with my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 6, which I bought in February 2024, didn't work. I took it to the authorized service center, expecting a swift and fair remedy under the warranty. The service center did not fix or replace the charger, even though it was still under warranty. They didn't give a detailed explanation of how the damage supposedly happened or show any proof to back up their claim. They sent the device back without fixing it, saying that the problem was caused by the user.

I have been calling this number every day since July 30th. No one is interested, no one answers...

I have been a Kia Hyundai user for about 10 years. I currently own a Tucson and an Ioniq 6. I made an appointment at Ankara Ata Hyundai service on July 30th for a horn malfunction and a 220V charger malfunction in my Ioniq 6. Even though my car stayed at the service all day, they not only failed to repair the malfunctions, but they didn't even diagnose what the problem was. I picked up my car in the afternoon, still with the faults, after dropping it off in the morning. The charger was also not replaced, claiming user error. I reported everything I experienced to Hyundai Customer Service. I have been calling every day for 20 days. Every day they told me they would get back to me. Customer service representative Ms. Merve told me today that no one would call or provide information, and that what I experienced was normal. This is both a lack of business ethics and a legal offense. Hey Hyundai Turkey. I don't think you have the right to tarnish the Hyundai brand. Regards.
