I Wait Over 15 Days for Refund After Returning Product to Lefties

I returned a product I ordered from Lefties more than 15 days ago, and I still haven’t received my refund. The system shows that the product was received by the company, yet there’s been no payment issued back to my card.
I even contacted the shipping company to double-check, and they confirmed that the package was successfully delivered. To make matters worse, Lefties doesn’t have a proper customer service line I can speak to. Their so-called AI chatbot is completely useless—it can’t resolve anything or connect me to a human agent. I’ve been left waiting for weeks with ₺ stuck in the system and no clear answer.
At this point, I’ve lost all confidence in Lefties and won’t order anything again. I demand an immediate refund of my money. This kind of negligence is unacceptable from a global brand.
